International Orders:

Achtuning.com will not allow orders outside the USA or Canada to be placed online. You are welcome to call in your order to us at 1-877-722-4886 Toll Free or 425-895-0000 from 10AM-6PM PST M-F or E-mail us to begin a quote. International orders other than to Canada must be paid via wire transfer. Wire transfer details are available on request.

International Shipping:

Achtuning.com does not ship internationally other than to Canada. If you require international shipping we will be happy to assist you with information regarding package weights and dimensions. To estimate your shipping costs please use the rate and transit time finder on www.FedEx.com.A freight forwarding or freight expediting company may be able to offer lower shipment rates. We ship via Fedex ground to Canada. Any unpaid brokerage or duties remitted to us for non payment will be billed to the customers card plus a 40% surcharge.

Wheel Package Sizes:

Wheels 19x8.5" or smaller will be shipped 2 to a box, the box dimensions would be 23"x23"x25" at 80Lbs per box. Wheels larger than 19x8.5" or wheels with tires mounted up to 26.5" diameter would be shipped one per box with 26"x26"x13" at 45lbs for a single wheel or 75Lbs for a mounted wheel and tire combo.

Billing:

Achtuning.com does not automatically bill orders submitted online, orders are first reviewed and only billed when the product is ready to ship to you. For credit card orders we use what is called offline billing, rather than send your credit card information to a 3rd party for automatic billing we process your card directly in-house when your order is ready. Credit card regulations prevent the direct collection of CVV codes for internet orders unless we agree to send that information to a 3rd party company so that they can bill your card. We prefer to keep our customers credit card information private and being able to control the billing of your order enables us to correct for any products ordered that may be incorrect for the application as well as more timely processing for billing as well as refunds if necessary. Customers using credit cards may be contacted to obtain the CVV code information from the back of the card after order submittal. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipped from one of our warehouses, in these cases the order will be billed on submission of the order to the manufacturer or warehouse.

Backorders:

At times certain items may not be immediately available, in these cases we will notify customers of the estimated date of availability for the item.

Achtuning offers Google checkout, we can also use Google Checkout for phone orders, just call in your order and we will generate a Google Checkout invoice to send to you to complete your purchase.
