Installation of the VWR Short Shift Kit typically takes about 1 hour. Installation does not require changing the gear lever or interior trim in any way and is completely reversible. The Short Shifter adaptor fits on top of the gearbox, replacing the standard unit and is ideal for daily driven street cars all the way to full on race cars. Basic hand tools are necessary for installation.
