I talked to a couple retail chains looking for a bigger wheel and suspension components to fit my wifes Jetta MK6 TDI. She has become accustomed to her 3 Series BMW styling, quality, and performance so I wanted to improve the handling and look of the new Jetta. After making a call to Actuning I new I had to look no further. Not only did they offer a better price but I was completely shocked by the time they spent to explain my options, check on new suspension parts availability for the car and stay late to fit me schedule for the install. Prior to talking with ACHTuning I also contacted a few suspension manufactures looking for options and was disappointed with the quick answers I received to get me off the phone since parts weren't yet available. I continually grew more frustrated until I found the knowledgeable staff at ACHTuning who truly understand customer service. To top it off the design and finish of the wheels challenge or exceed anything I have seen. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the result.
